Service voucher consultant, kesaco?
As a consultant, you will manage the agency under the direction of a manager. This very special position will put you at the heart of the interactions between customers and housekeepers. We are looking both in Brussels and in Walloon Brabant.
In this agency outfit, it will be necessary to manage two poles:

In relation to the client, you will be required to manage the organization of their services, from their registration to the management of replacements, including matching with the right housekeeper.
This requires excellent commercial sense, a real taste for service and a propensity for multi-tasking.

With regard to the housekeeper, you will be in charge of their recruitment, their hiring, their training and the daily proactive management of their planning.
A rich component that requires a very good organization, administrative rigor and ease with team management.
Your profile
Whether you are a graduate or not, the company is ready to invest in your training. Much of the knowledge will come with practice and interest in your work.
